We are here to help empower you take ownership of your physical self, enjoy a regular movement practice, develop a deeper relationship with nature and find connection in community with like minded human beings committed to experiencing life on another level.
We have an opportunity for to join the community for 6 weeks embodying what SOLE is all about:
this will involve:
3 specialty movement classes every week
participating in regular weekly community events in and out of nature
Guidance with improving lifestyle habits in & around classes
The 5 classes on offer at the studio are:
Calisthenics & Kettlebells - a hybrid class focusing on developing your strength & skills with gymnastic rings, kettlebell and floor based movement.
Handbalancing - where you will improve your strength , flexibility & skill to experience from a new point of view
Strength & Movement - build fundamental strength & mobility to improve performance giving you a great base for developing your skills.
Flexibility - This is a class dedicated to improving specific strength & flexibility to help improve the big 5 in the flexibility world ( Forward fold, Bridge, Pancake , front splits & middle splits )
Mobility - In this class you will learn how to improve ribcage & pelvis function to help improve your posture along with building specific joint strength and improving overall range of motion giving you more movement freedom.
