STUDIO MEMBERSHIP

We will be expanding in the new year welcoming more people into our community to begin experiencing life on another level. You will have four different membership options.

4 session per month

8 sessions per month

12 sessions per month

These membership options will allow you to come & explore movement with us in our specialty classes every week, along with receiving extra guidance in around sessions to help you incorporate more movement into your daily way of being with movement & mobility routine and lifestyle suggestions to help you lead a more natural lifestyle within our online members area.

The 6 classes on offer at the studio are:

Calisthenics & Kettlebells - a hybrid class focusing on developing your strength & skills with gymnastic rings, kettlebell and floor based movement.

Handbalancing - where you will improve your strength , flexibility & skill to experience from a new point of view

Strength & Movement - build fundamental strength & mobility to improve performance giving you a great base for developing your skills.

Front splits & Bridge - This is a class dedicated to improving specific joint function with strength & flexibility to help improve your bridge & front splits

Middle splits & Pancake - This is a class dedicated to improving specific joint function with strength & flexibility to help improve your bridge & front splits
