STUDIO MEMBERSHIP
We are currently at capacity in studio within the community. At SOLE we value delivering the best possible for everyone that is part of this community, due to the recent new additions to the community at the start of 2025 we wont be taking on new members for a little.
We have 3 options for studio memberships:
4 session per month
8 sessions per month
12 sessions per month
These membership options will allow you to come & explore movement with us in our specialty classes every week.
The 5 classes on offer at the studio are:
Calisthenics & Kettlebells - a hybrid class focusing on developing your strength & skills with gymnastic rings, kettlebell and floor based movement.
Handbalancing - where you will improve your strength , flexibility & skill to experience from a new point of view
Strength & Movement - build fundamental strength & mobility to improve performance giving you a great base for developing your skills.
Flexibility - This is a class dedicated to improving specific joint function with strength & flexibility to help improve the big five in the flexibility world - Bridge, Front splits, middle splits , pancake & forward fold.
Mobility - This is a class dedicated to improving posture, ribcage & pelvis function as well as specific joint strength & flexibility.
We will be opening opportunities for new faces to join the community very soon.
